Having stayed for 4 nights here and as always, enjoyed our stay at the Sebel Bowral. This time around However. Both of the main blockout curtains in room 113, could not be close fully as they were hanging off the curtain rails in parts because of broken hooks and others hooks missing. Also the roll-up blind over the Spa window in the bathroom would not fully function without forcing to close or open, the roller blind needs to be replace. I would venture to say that both problems have been in this room for some time and either previous members have not reported the problem or more importantly, one would ask, "why have the cleaning staff not brought this issue up with management after cleaning finished. It was mentioned also before we departed, that considering our APVC appartments are of a high standard, it was so sad and unacceptable with the choice of the VERY THIN TOILET paper provided, absolutely unnecessary and disappointing for such a high profile accomodation. of which we members pay top dollar to enjoy. Small things like this should be thought out more beforehand to make stays at our accomodation with the club. Yours Sincerely Tony S. Member No 35093
