Room was I'm a terrible location, no sound proofing and room rattledS cars went by. Wifi internet did not work.

Staff helpful when needed. Couldn't get in to room on last day as cards didn't work. Manager had to change battery on the door locking system but got this fixed within ten mins. Room was a little tired. Noisy location on junction of two busy streets. Not hotels fault, if I d have known the city/area I'd have booked elsewhere based on location. Fridge in room clunked after every cooling cycle which kept waking the kids up. However, the beds were comfortable for when we needed the room.

Will definitely return, the only cons were ; booking over the phone, the lady had almost no understanding of English, and breakfast on the Friday (7:50 am) very little food out and what was was cold, on the Saturday it was very good breakfast.

The a/c was leaking, making a big puddle on the floor. We were also missing items such as dish washing liquid/cloths on check- in. The staff were good.
