Good location for travelling onwards from the Eurostar or to explore Brussels. Staff and facilities were excellent, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good. I ate in the bar and would recommend the snacking menu if you don’t want a full dinner. This isn’t displayed on the room screen but had a wide selection including salad, burgers, cheese etc. Finding the hotel was slightly difficult using Google maps as the route meant walking outdoors along cobbles via a taxi rank and a busy outdoor pub. I’d suggest staying inside the mall and taking a right turn as you face the Eurostar terminal, this will take you directly to an indoor hotel entrance. The metro line 3 or 4 will take you from the hotel directly to the Grande Place and reception staff were extremely helpful in making suggestions about transport, places to go and so on. The hotel is not situated in the centre but if you are travelling for an early or late train it’s absolutely perfect.

Room very hot - ventilation/aircon not working & Breakfast

Room was clean but very hot (aircon/ventilation seems to not function properly) Breakfast options very limited specially for the price. Better & cheaper breakfast options available in the station itself.

Nice hotel - avoid the restaurant

The hotel and rooms are great - the restaurant is poor (it’s consistently poor) - I have probably stayed 20 nights here and I’d estimate for 30% of the stays, the restaurant is poor. The food is good, but staffing is a consistent issue. For this stay, they had no waiting staff (all off sick) hence had a student who was clueless probably because he also didn’t want to be there. The service was comical. I’d recommend staying at the hotel but finding somewhere else to eat.
