Elevator has not been working again for several days

Bad experience, Elevator has not been again for several days. I was on the fourth floor and it has been a very bad experience. It is not the first time it is happening and I do not understand why it has taken more than 2 days to be solved.

Great hotel, close to a shopping centre and food outlets, the vitam aqua park is excellent, clean, lots of fun had, beautiful views. Great Chinese buffet over the road. Bus stop close by, take the 272, right to Geneva. But check bus times as they don't have many buses in the midday/ early afternoon. We used Uber a few times and the service was good. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful and the breakfast is great and the hotel lobby has tea and coffee bar in the lobby wish was nice. You get free tickets for each night you stay to go enjoy the vitam aqua park or the spa ( for €12 extra) or the massive climbing wall. They have badminton and we had a lovely time. Clean, tidy and exactly as in the photos. This is a cheaper option to staying in Geneva, you do need extra time for travel, but it's worth it. Better if you have a car, but we managed just fine.

Parking is public and no cars above 2m can park Hotel is next to McDonalds which is being visited all evening with loud people. So you can sleep when McDonalds closes
