It was a great experience for the first time in Lyon, even I regret why I didnt stay few days longer.. Nice and super clean room, very confortable bed, nice and friendly and super helpfull staf, super great breakfast sp. the detox part that we could make:) Super great location in the shoping Mall and the train staion rightaway.. compleatly different than Paris:( Thank you Novotel Lyon:))

The hotel is fantastic. The staff at all levels (from check-in to service crews) are friendly, courteous and helpful. Great views from the terrace and riverfront rooms. Rooms themselves are comfortable, well designed and very clean. We look forward to returning to this hotel.

The quality and diversity of the breakfast is not ok regarding the standing of the hotel 2 times here and second time disappointed
