2nd stay here. Reception a building site, bedroom smelt of paint would have stayed at Mercure instead Should have been told at time of booking and given an opportunity to change hotels

We were disappointed to find when we arrived that there was building work taking place which we were unaware of and this meant we could not have the normal breakfast. This may seem minor but both are children were very excited about their buffet hotel breakfast on the final day of our holiday and this was the main reason we booked this package. As we couldn’t have this and only a basic room breakfast I feel we should be refunded the breakfast cost which we paid as we didn’t receive this.

We stayed in a newly refurbished room, which was comfortable and stylish. The people on reception were extremely helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Rooms not confortable and not suited for a family of 4 people. 4th bed is not a bed. Issue with sink. Good breakfast
