Awful staff attitude no hair dryer and I can't wash my hair for 3 days. They didn't even mention that they don't provide hair dryers in advance which is ridiculous. lack of management We're disappointed.

Exceptionaly great experience with all Reception Staff; keys to open the door didn't work a few times during my 4-nigh stay, soap dispenser over the sink didn't work, there was an issue with the nasty smell coming from the toilet on my arrival and finally my room had the view of the nearby very loud train station.

I stayed here for several days, I even needed to extend my stay by two days and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Basic room but had everything I needed!
