I specifically booked this hotel because its listing on booking.com stated that they offered airport transfers. That turned out not to be the case. And when bringing up the error to multiple staff members, I just got shrugs. In communicating via booking.com chat in advance with the hotel, there was no apology and no offer to make sure the listing would be corrected. Anyone who has flown into Cancun knows that the taxi and transport scenario is problematic at best, so the description of an airport transfer was very appealing. If this property continues to show this as one of their amenities, then they are intentionally misleading consumers. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable hotel and the hamburger in the cafe is one of the better ones I’ve had in Mexico.

Good stay at Ibis Cancun.

I had a very nice two-week stay at the Ibis Cancun Centro hotel. My room was clean and simple with a good internet connection for my work, the bathroom was pleasant with a decent shower and ample hot water. The buffet breakfast made a good relaxed start to the day.
