The hotel is well located and the personn is very friendly. My room was tiny and dark (1st floor) and even though I stayed in Locarno for work, natural light and a view out the window is important. Also, room service for breakfast would be crucial for guests who, like me, have little time in the morning before running off into a new work day.

This was undoubtedly the best Ibis hotel at which we have stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the decor and the layout were delightful and the room was perfectly laid out - specifically a large shower area and a large HD television. But the best was the large selection of breakfast which catered for every taste. We will definitely be wanting to return here on our next trip through Switzerland.
