Apartment not so clean and the bathroom is clearly to review. Toilet paper holder broken and fixed on the wall in a very bad way.

Awful experience and unsafe room provided

It was an awful experience. First of all, the pictures in the website don’t match the reality of the hotel facilities. It shows modern and clean room, when in reality it’s old, broken furniture, stained walls, mold in the floors and bathroom, insects, etc. Not only the pictures were misleading, the room the gave us was unsafe, the door lock was broken and we couldn’t locked the door properly. We told the reception stuff but they told us the hotel was full and it wasn’t possible to do anything.

Bedbugs and disregard for the client experience

I reported bedbug bites and asked for bed sheet change in the morning. In the afternoon, I got information that they checked the bed and didn't find anything. They asked me to "go to the pharmacist to verify that these are bedbug bites." Only after I showed them a bedbug I found they changed my room (it was the last night of stay). They didn't want to do laundry for my pajamas, so I had to risk it (fortunately nothing happened). This suggests to me that the manager is either unable or unwilling to take care of the problem. Otherwise, decent location

Extremely run down hotel in a good location

The hotel is extremely run down and infested with insects. My first room had insects (that looked like bed bugs) on the bed, I immediately asked for a room change. The second room was infested with ants, had leak damage on the ceiling and looked poorly maintained. I decided to stay in it, but only used it for sleeping.

I saw mice in the lobby The rooms are run down and at first they gave us a room different from the pictures The receptionist was very unpleasant And when I told them the room was bad and dirty and the sink was clogged she was acting like I was lying
