What can I say, one of the worst Accors stays for many years. From checking in, to quality of linen, to breakfast, to parking.

The hotel is located strategically in Hindley Street that has a lively nightlife, which could be too lively it became noisy in the night. The hotel is close walk to Rundle Mall too. The staff did the check in was friendly and welcoming. She upgraded our room due to our Accor membership status; she even made sure that we got our room around 12 pm despite busy hotel and the regular check in time at 3 pm. The food at the restaurant was also nice and came in good portion. The only negative thing was they missed refilling the hand liquid soap.
