Old Hotel that really needs room renovation and replace front desk staff..

The condition of the room really needs improvement! AC control from the 90', probably this skyworth TV too, mattress over used See pics attached Unfortunately very disappointed by this hotel especially the service (front desk). Don't except any special attention if you are a All Accor member (gold) or even Accor plus, like complementary fruits or drink usable for beer/house wine..On top of that I have raised the same feedback to the guest relationship manager and then emailed the management office, nobody seemed to care I am saying this after having stayed in many Accor hotels, Grand Mercure, Pullman, Sofitel in China. I won't come back even if the location is good

Hi there, my review has two sides to it. I looked at the mini map on the Accor App and used Apple Plans to search for your hotel. Currently, the location is wrong, so I arrived with a 20kg case to a location only to find there was a different hotel there. Further research led me to the right location, many kilometres away. I lost a lot of time in public transport instead of visitng Beijing as I had intended. This is not the first time, since Mercure Hangzhou East also has a completely wrong location. This is a real pain. You need to sort it out. Other than that, the hotel is nice, a very pleasant experience.

Perfectly located - within walking distance to Tienanmen Square & Forbidden City. Close to Beijing South station. Malls nearby too. Room on the 10th floor afforded superb views. Connie Zhang & Icey at front desk wete extremely helpful. Angel lived up to her name at the exec lounge - ensuring freshly made veg food for me! Superb concierge services as well.

Safety box is sitting on the floor. Not easy to work with. In addition, it's not attached to wall or floor. So, anyone can just remove it easily. It's not safe at all. Really hope it can be fixed.

The hotel is really good, our room 937 was very comfortable. The room was really very clean, the carpet was pleasant to the feet, in general, all the little things were thought out for a sense of comfort. yes, maybe not everything is new, but all the appliances, light, shower work fine, everything is in good condition. I would like to mention the work of the hotel staff separately. They are people who are ready to help, spend time solving the guests' questions. I am especially grateful to Tina Tian - she helped my colleague and me book tickets to the zoo, navigate the map of Beijing, and in general answered our questions all the days that we were (from October 2 to October 5). I should say, breakfast was very good! The only negative moment of being in hotel is bad internet connection.
