Organised and ran an all day meeting in the conference centre. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, particularly Carol who couldn’t do enough for us, always checking we had what we needed throughout the day. The lunch was very nice, they catered to dietary requirements in our team and everything was on time and fitted in around our day. Room set up was great, didn’t need for anything. Would definitely use again.

I've been in this spa a while ago for Mud rasul treatment, but this time I decided to book a massage to relax regarding stress busy life. I am a chef so I spend a lot of hours standing in a bad posture. Andreia was simply amazing. She introduced herself a soon she saw me, asked me a few quickly questions and made me feel very comfortable with her friendly approach (very rare to see this in other places that I have been). She found out all my pains and tensions, and I would say was better than my osteopath as the day after I felt so fresh with no pains at all. All staff are friendly and professional, congrats to the people who runs this business.

The staff that I encountered on my visit with you were very helpful, friendly and courteous. On approach to the venue the driving into the car park was confusing with incorrect directional signs. From the outside the impression of the hotel was good. On entering into reception this impression suddenly disappeared. The first impression was not good. The whole décor of the place was old and drab. I had room 334. On entering the room was surprised to see that there were no net curtains on the windows. The curtains were heavy and did block out the majority of the light, but due to the make of the curtain you had gaps either in the middle or at the sides. In the bathroom there was black mould evident. The taps on the bathroom sink had the middle part missing. The shower pressure within the bath was very slow and took some time to have a shower. Again in the bedroom the décor was old and tired and there were numerous stains on the the carpet. At breakfast I was greeted to table and asked if I would like Tea or coffee. I was not informed of the way your breakfast process worked. The food that I had at breakfast was good. However, when I was sat at my table i went to move my cup and saucer only to find that they were stuck to the dining table. On further inspection the table surface felt greasy. I reported this on my way out of the breakfast area.

Great hotel, we had our weekend away after our wedding. We had a couples massage which was excellent. One tonight there was a wedding party on, unfortunately music was on really late but apart from that the stay was great. Staff were really helpful and really nice. Breakfast was good,service fab woul highly recommend.
