Verry small room not like on photos when booking. Hardly any sockets to charge the phone . Found 2 in very stupid placess, by the sink or by the tv up in the air .Tv are from last century and very small. Bed are very hard, can't sleep on them. I have stayed in many ibis budget hotels in diferent countries but this was I joke. Sadly I have onother booking in this hotel wich I am not going to stay even if you would have to pay me.Overall very disappointed and shame I have to find onother hotel for my next stay and pay for it. No refund or cancellation? I like that .

1) bed was uncomfortable, 8 cm thick mattres was more than poor laid on rigid steel structure, 2) missing sanitary cabinet: hand wash bowl and mirror was next to the bed in the twin room from the shower you enter directly to the room. 3) no kettle, no cups for tea, no teas/coffees, 4) car parking was extra paid even of it was evident that you come by rather by car than tramway (location: uptown of Wroclaw).
