This was our first stay in SO Vienna and it was a great experience. Our suite was fantastic. The hotel staff and service were excellent. Das LOFT bar on the top floor with splendid view over the city was really nice. Thank you, we really enjoyed our time.

Really great location, close to all points of interest in Vienna. the top floor restaurant ensure a great breakfast experience. however, the rooms of the hotel are not at the required level - old furniture, clear signs of prolonged usage, AC did not really made a difference - i was not able to set the fan speed or the temperature or to turn it off. all in all a good hotel, but at their rates, i am sure you can find better options in Vienna.

Overall, it was a great stay! We were checked in by a very friendly receptionist. We really appreciate that she gave us room at 14:00, before official check in time. Despite that, when we received our keys, it was not clear where to go and which floor is ours, so we were kind of lost. At the check in, i have also asked for an extra blanket, cause i was travelling with my friend. Unfortunately, we had to ask for the blanket again when we came back to the hotel in the evening. Room is really good, so light and this amazing view….Everything in the room was great, except the fact, that it was really uncomfortable that after using shower, water flowed from shower stall to corridor floor. Your bar is just a piece of art! Thank you for this experience :)
