Disappointed Extend Services

i lived in the property for 4 nights and once i asked reservation team to extend it for 2 more nights they give me rates and agreed to extend and they told me to visit the reception for payment. Once i came to reception they said the retail price is higher than reservation provide me i need to booked that time when i speak to them for extention. i checked out same time and found nearby 4 star hotel within good price.

Pros. 10/10 for location. Good Breakfast Good Customer Service especially Mr. Kumar P We got a free room upgrade Nice lobby and reception area. Cons The biggest CONs are the rooms. Not a luxury hotel The rooms were small, with no carpeting The room and corridor ambiance were below average. Not a value for money

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Dubai Al Barsha. From my friendly and quick welcome on arrival to a lovely premium room everything was perfect. As an Accor Plus Diamond Member I was well taken care of, there was absolutely no way I would say my experience was three star, its easily a four star property, true gem among the Ibis brand. I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade to one of the newly renovated Premium Rooms which had more of a Tribe Hotels look and feel then Ibis which I loved. I had a great welcome to the hotel after checking in by Ariel, Jul Rose and Tek, so friendly and excited that I had chosen Ibis. Only negatives would be the bathroom is very small but this is standard across the Ibis brands, with the room for the toilet limited for larger bodies. The shower was good, temperature great and after a small repair due to excessive noise from the airconditioning this worked very well and the room was able to get nice and cold. Fridge was adequate, able to keep drinks cold and the lighting super stylish in the room. I also was shocked when asking for a bucket of ice this was able to be provided but for a 15 AED fee, the first of which I've ever been told there was a charge from any Accor hotel. I declined and after speaking to the Duty Manager was able to collect a glass with ice from the bar. The hotel was also very accomodating with providing me with an incredible late check out due to my very early AM flight, this swayed me to stay an extra night due to the kind and friendly service. I was super impressed with this hotel, before I arrived I contacted to discuss upgrade options and availability and every interaction was just perfect. During my time in Dubai I stayed at other Accor properties, higher stars and rates and by far the Ibis Dubai Al Barsha was a clear stand out. Thanks for the amazing stay, value and experience. I will surely be back and recommending your hotel to other members, friends and family. 10 out of 10! Thanks.
