This time, unlike the others, I had to ask more than 3 times for towels, and to make the sofa bed for my son. More than 3 hours of waiting.

Comfortable & value for money stay

When we requested additional towels for room. Instead of white towels we received blue (pool towels). I suggest to have both towels dedicated for particular use only. We do appreciate your initiative of Being ecofriendly- plastic free hotel. However milk wasn't provided in room tea services. Shower water temp. wasn't high as expected. Bathroom amenities like vanity kit, dental kits , shower slippers shall be as per number of pax.
