I booked a room for three people, and the room didn't have a work table neither USB chargers as advertised. When I arrived, I had to make the bed by myself. This was the first time in my life that I had to make a bed in a hotel, including budget ones. This is a hotel, not a youth or family hostal. The staff is very friendly but not speaking any language other than French, which I find unacceptable for a hotel by an international airport in such a city as Toulouse. The breakfast was too limited, not even a toaster or yoghourt available. I must say that I've been to other Ibis budget hotels, and Toulouse wasn't worth the price.

Rude and unhelpful reception staff member, which is unusual, as I have stayed there dozens of times over the last 12 years. Unfortunately this time we got a bad member of staff :-(

15-minute walk from airport, comfortable bed, warm room and decent shower. Pillows were uncomfortable however and could've done with a hairdryer in the room.

A 15 minute walk or a 18€ taxi ride from the airport, but very pleasant provision for the price. The breakfast, which we didn't have, looked good, but on Easter Friday night we found it very hard to find somewhere nearby to have a drink, and impossible to have a meal, without going back to the hotel at the airport. I think that nearby Courtepaille restaurant is usually available, but it was closed to host a basketball tournament when we were there.
