Overall the experience was excellent. Staff were friendly, facilities were clean and well maintained. Only thing that could have made the experience better is a microwave in the room.

The stay was good. The hotel is well located close to Glen Waverley shopping and public transport. We had an issue where the shower head kept dropping/drooping, which was very annoying. At night, the room was quite warm, and the cooler would not lower the temperature much. This is a personal thing about sleeping better when it is cooler. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
