Service was professional and engaging overall. A few minor things such as a meal going to the wrong table and needing to be reordered and a loose connection in the bathroom. Otherwise all good, would stay again.

I found it frustrating that I called to reception for extra pillows at 2pm when we checked in to our room, as each double bed only had one pillow and one large European pillow. No spare pillows were in the cupboard. We waited for a while, then left to get some lunch, then came back to the room an hour later. The pillows were not yet delivered. We called again, and then went out a while later for dinner. Still no pillows when we arrived back at 9pm Called a third time, and they were eventually delivered 20 minutes later.
