Disgusting experience, terrible front office and food and beverage staff. Especially a front office staff named Kunal who has very bad attitude and personal hygiene. Unable to understand basic English and extremely rude towards a senior citizen couple. Lacks basic manners and common sense. Would strongly suggest others travellers to check out other hotels in the vicinity as this one is horrible. Extra tiny rooms with no sealed water bottles provided. Horrible experience would never visit again

Wow, I had such an incredible experience at this hotel! The service was absolutely amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Plus, the food was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from buffet and the menu . I can't recommend this place enough – it's definitely a must-visit! Mr. Shabbir and Ekta was impressive and great at his experience of hospitality. Alison and Jayesh were great at reception.

This is a spectacular airport hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet despite being next to the airport. Well maintained rooms and well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff were also great about their hospitality. It is a short walk to the domestic terminal and from there you can get a free shuttle to the domestic terminal. The food was delicious and I was able to request specific items for my to go breakfast for my early flight. Special thanks to Shabbir and Rutika for a great hospitality.
