please sort out the soap/shampoo dispensers in the bath room. They do not work efficiently.

This is my first time stay on my birthday. I really appreciate I’ve got birthday cake and room upgrade. Hotel staff was so nice and have good service mind. The pool was amazing. I fancy Glen Bar, I must say it would be my favorite cocktail bar so far! Thank you

Extradinary service all the way. Welcoming lobby. Contemporary design. Comfortable yet modern. Spacious rooms. Enjoyed the lounge service on 20th floor. Big thanks to Music whom helped me with my little shoes accident. Exceptional service from the heart. Great breakfast selection from healthy western to asian and local selection. Comfortable seating. Great location next to king Power dutyfree . Lots of eateries stall at the top floor. Theres free shuttle to airport daily if you are a hotel guest. Convenient. 10mins walk from BTS if you need. Exit 4.
