We stayed at Novotel for 4 days as we chose this place for visiting Disneyland and also it was easy commute to macau and airport. BEST DECISION EVER. The hotel has perfect vantage point for ngong ping, Airport and metro station and they also provide shuttle service. The hotel staff are very courteous and Ms.Garima has our special for making our stay extra spl, since being ACCOR PLUS GOLD member we were provided all the benefits and more. Would love to stay here again if we do visit hongkong again.

We had a blast in staying at Novotel Citygate. I love the view where we see the mountains and cable cars which I personally requested during our check-in, we have a free shuttle from and to Airport which saves us a lot instead of booking a taxi/Uber, staff are nice and warm, and truly a high caliber hotel.

A very welcoming staff (thanks, Dan!) - great location, so handy to have the mall and station under cover and connected to the hotel. Free shuttle to and from airport so handy and goes to and from every 20 minutes. Plenty of options for breakfast, western and eastern, including pancakes. Just wish the pool had some covering and/or heating and there was a spa - otherwise, perfect place for a layover or for visiting Disney. Will stay again!

We returned to Novotel Citygate after 14 years and this time we were double in number (2 children). Let me start with what needs work. 1. Smart TV's so that we can choose what to watch. The TV sets are dated and did not work during our stay. 2. Temperature controlled swimming pool. We used the pool facility for only 30 minutes because the water was too cold. 3. Room fixtures - the sliding door of the bathroom was broken therefore could not be latched from the inside. The plus factors. 1. Attentive and very responsive front desk staff. They took care of every request and were even very proactive. 2. The food served at breakfast was a very good spread. 3. The airport pick-up and drop-off facility was a plus. Overall a great stay for a family of 4. We will definitely return to your hotel, but it would be great if you fixed the TV and pool issue.

Stayed using complimentary night. Check in was quick and hassle free, staffs were welcoming. Shuttle to airport very well coordinated and on time, driver has pleasant attitude and helpful Hotel room upgrade was wonderful and kids love the space. Food at restaurant was a bit delayed but tastes good. Would love to be here again
