Well located but the rooms need a serious update

Lobby looked promising and while I am not fussy about rooms they were a surprise after the good start. Very small and out dated, although “clean” they could be cleaner (which would probably be aided by a refresh anyway). Location was good for what we needed and parking was convenient.
