Lovely room with view, helpful staff, but few places in room for storing items. Was living from suitcase. My main and big issue is that the rooms were hot, particularly at night and I could not sleep. There was no air conditioning available despite it being advertised on all publicity. Apparently room cooling is not possible until summer. Admittedly it was unseasonably warm for the first 3 nights. Noise from the street was loud so that leaving the window open was not an option. Staff provided a fan which helped.

Lovely position, friendly staff, good room but the lighting levels are very low and the coffee machine, itself not reliable, is cunningly placed in an unlit cupboard with the kettle where after sunset it is impossible to operate safely without your own torch.
