We stayed for one night and found the room to be pleasant and well located to the Railway Station. Breakfast provided an ample selection and we were within a 10 minute walk of both the city centre and the main harbourside restaurants.

Missing bed side lamp on one side of the bed so couldn’t do my night reading and the bathroom had pocket doors which had a big gap in between them leaving no room for privacy with the kids around which was not good.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, good to see that new staff are trained to the same standard. Quality breakfast as always! Clean and comfortable rooms, though the corridoor carpets are looking a bit tired these days. Our home from home when visiting family in Bristol!
