We chose the Novotel simply because it has a car park with disabled parking, but we'd choose to go back because of the genuinely delightful staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Lovely experience.

Standard stay. Not unreasonable to expect a City Centre hotel bar to be open after 11pm but other than that all OK.

Fine except for lack of hot water on 1st morning

Nice stay and very welcoming staff, but room smelled stale and we had to open windows to alleviate the smell
