This could be a great hotel, but the staff are very poorly trained, literally every question orrequest was not carried through. The restaurant was great with wonderful well priced food. The staff are young and keen, but super green, and dont follow through with a request. It was quite frustrating! I cant recommend this one, i sure many better options in Barcelona!. A one night businessman ! Yep i can see that work, a couple on holidays, nah not this place.

I stayed 5 nights at the Barcelona City hotel for the OFFF2024 festival. The hotel was nicely located near to the event. The rooms were clean and pleasant with wonderful views of the Segrada Familia. Never slept that well in Hotels, but here had no problem at all.

A super clean hotel with helpful staff, my room was not ready when I arrived but it was no problem to look after my bag while I went to my conference, I received an upgrade when I came back which was so nice of them, with a large room and welcome fruit and water. The room was super and so quiet, perfect, I will be back again once I am in Barcelona possibly next year.

Hotel was easy to get to and if you don't feel like public transport from the airport, the taxi fare is quite affordable in the city. Westfield is next to the hotel for all you food and shopping so that can be left to the last minute. Room had the perfect view of sangrada familia from the 10th floor and the electronic blind help block the sun for added sleep. 3 lift help move between floors quickly

We would have preferred to know the pool was closed before booking. Also with two small children we could not pour a bath. Breakfast was expensive vs what was offered.
