Even booking the Ibis Budget option, we were realocated to the tower 1 with better rooms. The room was clean and perfect with a full functional TV :)

The room is neat but the shower is bad! The complementary supplies would have been better. The restaurant food had a worm in the salad. The breakfast has less option and no warm food for vegetarians.

The personnel at the hotel are very polite and nice. They have also demonstrated a tremendous empathy assisting us with extra request for my son with autism. Breakfast was exquisite and certainly the fact that it was a difficult date to get an accommodation was a plus.
