As the general manager, your feedback is of utmost importance to us as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. I will immediately take your observations to our maintenance team and housekeeping service so that we can address these issues urgently. It is unacceptable that you experienced inconveniences with the room comfort and cleanliness, as well as with facilities such as the air conditioning and minibar. Additionally, we will take immediate action to investigate and correct the issues related to false fire alarms, as the safety of our guests is an absolute priority for us. Regarding breakfast, I am glad to hear that you found a part of your stay satisfactory. However, we sincerely apologize for the issue with the cold eggs. I will ensure that our food and beverage team is informed to improve the quality and temperature of the food served. Once again, I apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay.
