The woman who checked me into my room was very rude. She actually put her hand up and told me to stop talking when I tried to explain that although the person I arrived with had changed her reservation my reservation had no changes. It was one of the most disrespectful things I have encountered during a lifetime of traveling for work. I felt the opposite of being welcomed to the hotel. The facilities are nice enough but there is no excuse for rude treatment of guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. Your restaurant annd bar staff are to be commended. Rooms were a little warm and it would be nice to have more robust air conditioning. Garage drop arm did not work regularly for me, but the staff were helpful in fixing the problem.

Not the best stay at Pullman: - got a room which was not cleaned. After that got another room where there was neither soap nor shampoo - reception not responding to phone calls, noone answers calls. Went downstairs and there was no queue at the front desk - aircon was not working (set to 15 degrees was blowing hot air). Reported to the reception, nothing has been done
