The personnel is service oriented and friendly. The room was well organised and clean. I liked the breakfast options. The only suggestion I have is that among the 4 pillows on the bed, there should be two slightly firmer pillows.

It was excellent that I got possibility for the late check out (for two hours) after I already did check out in the morining. Luckily my room was not cleaned yet, so that was possible, however customer service was also excellent level.
