Arrived on overnight flight and managed to check in early, which was great start to the stay. Breakfast was convenient and efficient, the staff were helpful and cheerful especially Nan who managed to get the perfect coffee to start the day.

Well located, best value for money and guest interests always a priority by the staff.

Although this is our first trip to Dubai, we are seasoned independent travellers as a family...and frequently stayed in 3 to 4 stars rated hotel and use public transport. We booked the hotel after some simple research and our stay here far exceeded our expectations and stays in other hotels. The hotel's superior features are: 1. It has very good location between the airport and just 3 stops away from the central of Dubai (Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall). It is only about 5 minutes walk from the World Trade Centre station and, is also on the same side of the Dubai Metro line, meaning that we did not need to cross the 14 lanes (I think) major road on the other side where some of the major hotels are located. 2. We arrived into Dubai (after a long flight from Europe) before check in time and the hotel was gracious to allow us an early check in. Thank you Novotel. 3. There is free bus services (at designated time) from the hotel to some of the popular shopping areas. 4. Room is very clean and there is Free coffee which can be requested to be delivered to the room...anytime. 5. The hotel has a triple bed per room option. So, our family of 3 adults did not have to book 2 rooms (unlike most other hotels). The rates for the triple were also very competitive. So, if your travel characteristics are somewhat similar to our, we highly recommend Novotel World Trade Centre, Dubai Liew

Room was fine, clean and respectable with a comfortable bed. However hotel was let down by poor breakfast service - dirty tables not cleared or cleaned regularly, lack of cutlery, lack of bowls, juices not replenished quickly. Hotel caters for alot of tour groups, not really a business hotel
