Water dripping from the ceiling in PO floor. Water supply was completely blocked for one day (no shower, no toilet, no handwash...). Fortunately, we were allowed to use shower in IBIS neighbor hotel.

there was a water issue and hardly any help from the hotel the quality of the breakfast is limited. the coffee machine was mostly out of service and staff actively hindered people to cross over to the IBIS buffet to get coffee there.
