Friendly staff, good location, but when need late checkout by additional 2 hours, not possible. I have to pay extra night.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found our staff friendly and enjoyed our convenient location. Regarding late checkouts, please note that the hotel can only give late check out until 1pm this is mainly because our house keeping staffs needs time to tune the rooms around, get everywhere cleaned and sanitized before guests starts checking in at 3pm. Reception staffs also went further to offer to help hold your luggage's for free. unfortunately we were fully booked on this day hence there is nothing we could have done differently. It was your choice to pay and stay and also might be worth noting at the time you checked out the room could neither be cleaned or sold to another guest. We are sorry you are not happy about this but i believe my reception staffs did explain the entire process to you. We hope to welcome you back soon. Very welcoming staff who are always very helpful. Rooms are great and bed is so comfortable. Very spacious shower with great lighting in bathroom. Overall great place to stay in an ideal location.

Lovely hotel, nice comfortable room. Breakfast was good, my son loved the make your own pancakes machine especially with the Nutella pump as well. Would definitely stay again
