Hotel’s reception doesn’t answer the phone. Door from room 1065 doesn’t open, it’s necessary to turn it backwards up till the end. I forgot my phone charger in the room and I cannot reach the hotel because nobody answers the phone. I have written an e-mail asking to keep my charger safe so that I could take it back but nobody answers my e-mail neither.

Mercure SJC is very well located, with a pleasant room and excellent breakfast (pays apart). Parking service improved a lot and now is fast and efficient. The shower cap in my room was spreading water all around the bathroom and needed to be replaced or fixed. The room price is usually high but, in the end, at this time, the system provided a fair price. Good stay!

expensive frigobar and old installations

it is unbelievable to see how old are the installations at the hotel, specially because Mercure usually has a good reputation. also, all the frigobar itens very expensive.
