We were greatest by wonderful staff,, and was given some tourist places to go. They all loved Mochi our dog and welcomed her as well. Location was perfect, close to the intersection and highways to all the shopping areas, beaches and tourists spots. We will definitely come again.

the worst experience I've ever had in my life with hotels

The room smelled bad, the bathroom is separate which makes it a horrible experience, I had to clean the room when I arrived because it was really stinking, there was someone else's hair on the bed, and to make the experience even worse the water ran out throughout the hotel. making it impossible to even take a shower, brush your teeth and it even affected breakfast as there was no juice or coffee due to no water. It was terrible, I don't recommend it!

Relativamente ao sucedido, e que desde já lamentamos, o corte efectuado deveu-se a um ruptura não no hotel mas em zonas próxomas ao nosso hotel e que acabou por nos afetar a nós. A empresa Aguas de Gaia, para poder resolver a ruptura teve a necessidade de efectuar um corte geral na area onde nos situamos. Mais uma vez, agradecemos os seus comentários e esperamos reconquistar a sua confiança aquando de uma próxima estada.
