We were a bit sceptical about Ibis but it was a fab stay . No hassle check in / out, lovely staff team, modern facilities, and so much to do and see in that area. And right next to the tube connecting you with the whole city.

Well located, but bathroom needs better cleaning and some parts are prone to be renovated.

Extremely dissapointed. Previous stay was excellent. This stay, room was dark, no natural daylight. As an Accor member, at check in, I enquired as to benefits etc, this was ignored. Other staff were generally helpful, but overall stay was dissapointing.
