Upon arrival we were helped by a very delightful receptionist Sarah, she was vert helpful and very informational and helped me through the checking in process very nicely. Once I was done she gave several advices and keypoints about the area and made sure I was getting the best of the trip there. The room was very clean and spacious, from the start til the end of my stay it was an amazing experience

Friendly staff from checkin to checkout. Thankyou for the upgrading to executive floor. With the Bernmobil ticket excursions are easy and fast to all parts of Bern.

Great location, just a 10 min ride on the no 9 tram. The hotel is directly opposite the tram stop. The staff were all nice and extremely helpful. We were given a free upgrade to an executive suite. Special thanks to Sarah who was so friendly and welcoming and gave us late checkout as we waited for the roads to Saas Fee to open up.
