Friendly staff from checkin to checkout. Thankyou for the upgrading to executive floor. With the Bernmobil ticket excursions are easy and fast to all parts of Bern.

Great location, just a 10 min ride on the no 9 tram. The hotel is directly opposite the tram stop. The staff were all nice and extremely helpful. We were given a free upgrade to an executive suite. Special thanks to Sarah who was so friendly and welcoming and gave us late checkout as we waited for the roads to Saas Fee to open up.

Very nice staff, helpful and comfortable. Hotel is nice, clean and has parking. Breakfast is very good and especially coffee is nice. Probably the only aspect is room prices but with some discount offers could find a good quality offers from time to time. Overall nice experience and stay

I did hang the hanger for no need to make the room at the door, but found that it was made up anyway. Not that I mind, but you cleaning staff might not be aware of it.
