Noisy and uncomfortable bedding

Ill start with good points: -staff was very nice and polite. -The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Bad points: my room was at 2nd floor and facing the tram which runs all night and produce lot of vibration noises. Pillows were really bad. So I spend a very bad night. The cleaning staff tried twice to enter my room while i did not checked out of my room it was not even 9am. Very insisting and that it’s not ok.

Basic breakfast but for business was fine. Overall was a great location to Bern Expo , people friendly, room clean. Maybe fix the parking spot water drainage on ground floor. Was a little swimming pool.
