Good location for what we required. All staff very polite and helpful. Room was very clean. Main issue for me was the room was boiling. Despite having the air on the coldest setting all day and curtains shut, it was unbearably hot.

The ibis had incredible service as far taking care of their customers went. We got to the hotel 5 hours before check in and they still got us a room. Also the food and breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend if going through the area.

Santi helped us so much - we arrived for a 20 hour layover at 9am when our check in began at 2 and he helped us get a room right away! He was so kind. The hotel is clean, decorated tastefully, provides a great breakfast, and a nice area to view the game at night.
