For an Ibis this is a good one.. Quick efficient check in with staff who can also speak English. The room was basic. But large enough for two and clean. Only one towel each. But made do. There is a large bar with friendly staff. An excellent breakfast. With lots of variety. We were only there one night. But for a hotel near airport will recommend

I stayed for one night on wed 10/04/24,with my daughter and initial impressions were good. Reception staff were friendly and our room though basic,appeared clean and comfortable. However the following day my daughter had some small red bumps on her skin, which we initially dismissed as a heat rash. As the day progressed they became more numerous and red and itchy. The following day she was covered in itchy red risen bumps,which our doctor diagnosed as bedbug bites and prescribed antihistamines. I understand that these things happen ,what really disappointed me,was when i telephoned reservations on Friday to alert the hotel to what had happened,I spoke to a man called David,who hung up on me. I was not looking for compensation,although that would have been lovely,my main aim was to alert staff,so that it wouldn`t happen to anyone else. As I didn`t get the opportunity to tell David the room number before he hung up on me ,I will tell you now.It was room 161,bed nearest the door. Regards Anne k..

Dear ANNE I'm Javier , the hotel manager ,thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with us. I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Early morning when I red your review I alerted to our housekeeper. She immediately checked the room in company of our technical service . The bed and the room are clean , no presence of bed bugs has been detected in the area. After your depart , the room has been occupied by 3 more different guests and any of them has related to be bitten by bed bugs . I'm sorry for your daughter but the source of this situation is not Ibis hotel. I really appreciate your concern to prevent our hotel but we don't have anyone called David working in our team We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is my hope that your daughter will recovery asap.
