The room size was just right, bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the toilet had a fancy washlet! I liked that there were no toothbrushes so if you needed one you had to purchase it for USD 0.75. There were options to refill drinking water and a laundromat. There were coffeeshops and convenience stores nearby, and bus stops (including one for the airport bus) were 5 minutes away. I would stay here again.

There was a bit of misunderstanding the first time we arrived. I booked a room the night before to ensure that my parents have a room to arrive to as our flight was early at 7am. I also sent an email to reservations that the room I booked the night before will have late arrival next day. Unfortunately, when we arrived around 7am in the hotel to check-in, I was informed that my booking was cancelled and when I showed them that I emailed of reservations that we will be arriving early on the 24th, I was told that reservations office is only until 4pm? Im like so you cancelled my booking??? Anyhow, the front desk officer in charge apologized for the inconvenience and made a way to provide a room for my senior citizen parents who was very tired from the flight. It was rectified but not without causing anxiety and delays. It could have been handled better of there was proper coordination between Reservations and FO on these types of special instructions. I was not even asking or requesting for early check-in, I was paying for it by booking another room the night before my actual arrival but still there was a disconnect to this in between departments. We stayed for 6 nights, and except for the arrival incident, it was a good stay.

Jimmy, receptionist, spoke English well and welcomed us. Several of the other receptionists had difficulty in English. Room was fine, though the lampshade by the bed was stained. We wanted information about the airport bus but the receptionists couldn't speak enough English to help. I needed a washcloth but there were none provided.

This was a great little hotel. Room was small (expected that), but very well thought out and had everything needed. Bed was comfy and room was very quiet. I found the hotel restaurant kind of pricey so would just go out to sample the many diverse Seoul food options.
