We arrived and there was some kind of rebuilding which caused a lot of mess and a smell of cigaretters. Breakfast was so so. We had to get new room card twice because they didnt Work. The Staff was incredible nice and humble and they indeed Carried The whole experience. Lovely clean room every day, and nice room overall. I would come back

The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly, the room clean. The hotel is close to the main shopping street and halfway between the centre and the train station from which one can visit nearby Cannes, Monaco and Antibes. During our stay there was some work going on on the floor immediately below ours, so we heard noises starting at 8am. In general, this was not a problem (my wife and I got up early), but it would have been nice to have had some communication from the hotel before arriving. To improve, I would recommend in general to the hotel for the future to write a letter before arriving, one on arrival with an apology, offering a pair of earplugs and some herbal tea to get a good night's sleep. The customers will appreciate it.

This hotel is located in the centre of Nice, short distance from the sea, tram, train, restaurants, museums and shopping areas. It was my fourth stay in this hotel. It is comfortable, the staff are very pleasant. The rooms are clean, breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.
