AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS: A Dantean Inferno Disguised as Hospitality If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, look elsewhere. This hotel is a nightmare disguised as a hospitality establishment. My stay was a masterclass in misery, thanks to a broken air conditioner and a front desk staff with the warmth of a glacier. Room of Fire: The advertised "climate-controlled comfort" was a cruel joke. The in-room thermostat was a decorative relic, with no effect on the temperature. I spent the night sweating like a gladiator in a sauna, tossing between thin sheets and a lumpy pillow. Complaining to the front desk was like talking to a brick wall. Their response was to open the window which was so unsafe. A Final Word: Unless you enjoy resembling a shriveled prune or relish being treated with the respect of a houseplant, avoid this hotel like the plague. There are better places to spend your hard-earned money (and sweat it all out). Rating: 0 out of 5 stars. Would rather sleep in a cardboard box. P.S. If you're the manager reading this, a word of advice: Train your staff and fix your air conditioners. Discomfort and apathy are a terrible combination for a hotel.

Good Location and easy access to Train Station and theme park. But room wasn’t cleaned. Informed receptionist and still issues wasn’t resolved. That was the only setback.

We have good experience. We have big room, garage, separate bathroom and toilet.

Elevator OOS during entire stay. No communication mor information given. Upon last day we had to bring our luggage down by the stairs from 7th floor.
