The room was well sized and nice, the balcony was incredible given the sunny weather! I also received birthday balloons in the room which was so special! Location from the old town is good, just a short walk. We will definitely be back when we next visit Warsaw! Our only issue was with the bathroom flooding every time the shower was used and the bathroom smelled like urine so perhaps needs a deeper clean in between guests?

Everything was good, nice cozy room , good service, tasty food, but there were also 2 minuses : 1) We received only 1 towel per person and 1 common towel for feet . No more towels for hair and for hands. 2) The dishes in the restaurant were sometimes not very clean.

The smallest room on the floor. Uncomfortable, noisy. I also wanted to spend some time having dinner and some beer in the hotel restaurant. However, there came people from country X, playing guitar loudly and singing nationalist songs! I had to leave which is oposite to what I expect from a hotel.

The hotel was easy to find and well-accessible by public transport. We enjoyed the breakfasts very much as well as the restaurant and the bar. The cleaning standard is very high. I had some minor issues with my room key - had to re-activate it twice at the reception during my 3-night stay so that was a small inconvenience. The bed could be a bit more comfortable. But generally we enjoyed our stay and we appreciate all the hotel's sustainability efforts.
