Staff very helpful although some language problems at first as my Spanish is very bad. Staff English was good enough to get by. Good to have a restaurant there with good food and breakfast buffet was good. Rooms small and plain but very clean and ok for me. No noise problems despite being close to major road. Will stay again. Also very good room cost.

We were extremely pleased with our stay, largely due to the exceptional service we received. The lady working in the evenings particularly impressed us with her excellent English, her willingness to offer advice, and her helpfulness in providing an extra blanket. Additionally, she kindly lent us a wine opener and glasses. As someone who spends a significant portion of the year traveling, I must say that the service was extraordinary

Firstly , we arrived in a pickle and were sure we would not be able to stay! On the contrary, the receptionist was so helpful and patient . The room was very comfortable The bathroom clean and well appointed. Finally the “ buffet “ breakfast was brilliant. The next time we , or any friends , need a night’s stay near the airport it will be the IBIS in Malaga !
