Hotel is old and not renovated. AC did not work. Colleagues received keys for rooms already occupied. Invoice should have been sent by email, but did not arrive. Even on reminder by email there was no response!

There are several factors for my title: - Breakfast looks like a picture; it is the same every day. When you there for 20 days in a raw, it is very frustrating. - It is clear that nobody is in charge of maintenance, with evident issues in the rooms and the common areas. The employees are friendly, attentive, and willing to help, but it seems like the problem is at the management level. The location is excellent, and there is a lot of business around; they should aim to improve profit via better service and not cut costs on basic things.

very well located hotel, with several stores, farmacies, gym nearby staffing really gentle and helpful room was very good, clear. But shower was cold and water pressure really bad to the shower used.
