Good location but no air conditioner first day. Some areas were not clean . Enough space in comparison with others.

had to fight to get a lift down in the morning, then decided to walk down the stairs with all my suitcases from the 20th floor!

Overall okay. But aircon does not work very well. Breakfast need an upgrade.

Well located but some issues

I got ants in my room on the first day. The room was changed to another one and it tood more than an hour to change the room since I had to pack everything again and move the kids while they are asleep. The dryer is also broken in both rooms, the tubes were falling apart. Mentioned to the staff. The food was good and there were some entertainers and our kids just loved them.
